Our story

You only get one rep at the moment that matters.

Parlare is every rep you never got to take — so the person across the chair meets the best version of you.

Why we built Parlare

For 16 years, I sat in rooms — coaching leaders, training salespeople — and watched the same thing happen, over and over. Good, capable people would reach the moment that mattered, and under pressure, they'd capitulate. Too hard, or too soft. Too much emotion, or not enough humanity. And in that one moment, they'd spoil something that could have been good — for them, and for the person across the chair.

The hard part is you only get one rep. You can't practice a real conversation on a real client or a real employee — you just have it, and you live with how it goes. I learned that myself, the expensive way: practicing on real clients when I was green, losing chances I couldn't get back, walking out feeling like I'd let someone down.

And I could only ever help one person, in one room, at a time. That never sat right with me. Great coaching shouldn't be out of reach.

So I built the answer myself. I've always loved technology, and I'm curious by nature — I wanted to shape this with my own hands, so it would come out distinctly mine. I taught myself to build it with modern AI tools. There's something fitting in that: I used AI to build a tool that doesn't replace people. It makes them better at being human.

Parlare is the rep I wish I'd had.

Who it's really for

You don't practice for you. You practice for them.

On paper, Parlare is for the leader, the manager, the salesperson. But that's not who we built it for.

Every conversation has a wake. When a leader coaches their report well, that report shows up better for the customer. When a salesperson has actually practiced, the buyer across the chair gets a real conversation instead of a pitch. Better conversations compound — downstream, to people who will never know our name.

So who is Parlare really for? The person across the chair — and everyone standing behind them.

The name

Parlare — to speak.

We connect through speaking. Language is the common denominator under every relationship, every deal, every team — to speak is the root of how humans connect at all. The name is personal, too: a nod to my European roots and to my wife, who is Italian. But mostly it's just the truth of the thing. Everything we do starts with helping people speak to each other better.
